Free gift giveaway
Giveaways are limited to the time limits set per promotional activity. If you purchase before or after this dedicated time then we cannot apply a free gift to your order. Our giveaways will not include any Best Friends Club products (membership, badges or bears) due to these already being available to members at discounted rates. The free gifts are limited to one per order but you are able to place as many orders as you would like separately. The total amount spent does not include the cost of postage and packaging. If a promotional code is not applied at the time of placing your original order, this cannot be applied once the order has been confirmed.
Conclusion of contract
The products placed in our online shop are non-binding invitations to submit an offer. After you have gone through the ordering process and clicked the button "PLACE ORDER", you submit a binding offer to us to conclude the purchase contract. The contract is concluded in detail as follows:
Using the online shopping cart system, you can place the product in the " Picnic Basket " without obligation by clicking on the marked button. By clicking on the corresponding button in the navigation bar, you can call up the "Picnic Basket" and make changes there at any time. After calling up the "Checkout" page and entering your personal data as well as the payment and shipping conditions, all order data is finally displayed again on the order overview page. If you are using an instant payment system (e.g. PayPal / PayPal Express, AfterPay), you will be taken to the order overview page in either our online shop or you will first be redirected to the website of the provider of the instant payment system. If you are redirected to the respective AfterPay system, please make the appropriate selection or enter your data there.
By sending the order via the button "PLACE ORDER" you declare the offer to us to conclude the purchase contract for the products in the " Picnic Basket" to be legally binding.
We can accept the offer within 5 days of receipt of the order by confirming the order or by shipping the ordered goods. We will send you an order confirmation or shipping confirmation in text form (e.g. by e-mail).
An order confirmation sent automatically after ordering merely informs you of the content and receipt of the order, but does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
If the goods are not available at the time of ordering, we reserve the right not to accept the order, so that no contract is concluded. We will inform you about this. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is partly automated by e-mail. Please make sure that the e-mail address you provide us with is correct, that the receipt of e-mails is technically guaranteed and, in particular, that it is not prevented by SPAM filters.
Customs and import duties - Customers outside of the USA
If you live outside the USA, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be. Any orders placed could be subject to cross border or exchange fees by your card issuer, and Charlie Bears cannot reimburse for any fees assessed by your card-issuing bank.
